Off-Season Golf Fitness Training (Clubhead Speed) Workshop
This 60-minute, hands-on workshop focuses on increasing clubhead speed through developing rotational power. This seminar includes physical assessments, corrective exercises, and key strength and power exercises all geared towards improving clubhead speed. Participants leave with exercises they can incorporate into their off-season training that will have an immediate impact on their game.
