Our Basketball Athlete Assessment Process
Every athlete begins with a consultation and sports performance assessment.
This helps us better understand:
- training history

- 5-10-5 agility testing

The First 3 Sessions
Basketball athletes begin with focused one-on-one coaching sessions to establish movement quality and training fundamentals.
During these sessions we teach:
- proper warm-up habits
- landing mechanics
- jumping technique
- core control and bracing
- squat and hinge mechanics
- strength training fundamentals
- deceleration mechanics
Once athletes demonstrate strong movement patterns and technique, they may continue with one-on-one training or transition into semi-private sports performance sessions.
