Personal Training in Chadds Ford PA

Our Unique Approach to Personal Training in Chadds Ford
At Align Fitness, personal training is built around two things: what you want (your goals) and what you need (better movement and lower injury risk). Every training plan starts with goal setting and a comprehensive movement screen so I can design a program that fits your body, your training history, and your lifestyle—not a generic template.

You’ll work with expert movement coaches who specialize in corrective exercise, strength training, and coaching technique with hands-on guidance. Sessions are challenging, engaging, and varied, using tools like kettlebells; TRX; resistance bands; barbells; battling ropes; steel maces; and weighted sleds. The goal is simple: consistent progress you can feel, with programming that keeps you motivated and excited to train.

Focused on Injury Prevention Through Movement Screening (FMS)

A key part of personal training at Align Fitness is injury prevention through better movement. Every new client begins with a thorough movement assessment using the Functional Movement Screen (FMS). This helps me identify movement quality across major patterns and spot compensations that can increase stress on joints and tissues.
This matters even more for adults over 35, especially if you’ve dealt with an orthopedic injury, surgery, or recurring pain. By understanding how you move today, I can build an individualized training plan that improves mobility, stability, and strength in the right places—so you can move, feel, and perform better. For many clients, this approach also supports meaningful pain reduction over time.

Flexible Training Options (No Contracts)

To make high-quality personal training in Chadds Ford accessible, I offer a low-cost introductory package with no contracts. Sessions are available in 30-minute; 45-minute; and 60-minute options so you can choose what fits your schedule and budget—without sacrificing coaching quality.
