COVID-19 Concerns: We are working with clients virtually, in-studio and outdoors. Our trainers always wear masks when in-studio and thoroughly clean equipment between sessions to ensure your safety. All clients who train in studio must wear either a mask or shield. We have a stockpile of both!
Our Semi-Private Training Program offers all the benefits of personal training at half the cost! We have reduced our in-person capacity to 2 clients per session to adhere to social distancing guidelines. However, these sessions now follow a hybrid format so up to 2 additional clients may join via zoom. Our sessions have a 4 person maximum to guarantee individualized attention in order to maximize your results. Our movement coaches blend individualized corrective and strength work with general exercise in every workout.
