Nutrition Counseling in Chadds Ford | Glen Mills | Downingtown

Build sustainable habits that help you move, feel, and perform better.
At Align Fitness, we believe lasting results come from combining smart training with better nutrition habits. Our nutrition coaching program is designed to help you improve how you eat, recover, and fuel your body in a way that fits your real life.
This program is led by Becky Tashkulova, a Precision Nutrition Certified Coach, using a science-based coaching approach focused on habit development, accountability, and sustainable change.
Instead of extreme diets or rigid meal plans, nutrition coaching helps you build practical daily practices that support long-term health, body composition, and performance.
What Is Nutrition Counseling?
Nutrition coaching is about much more than simply telling someone what to eat. Effective coaching focuses on helping people build the habits and skills that make healthy eating consistent and sustainable.
Rather than strict meal plans or short-term dieting strategies, our program focuses on small, practical changes that lead to lasting results.
Working with a nutrition coach helps you:
- Clarify your health and nutrition goals
- Identify daily habits that support those goals
- Build skills that make healthy eating easier
- Stay accountable and supported throughout the process
Using the habit-based coaching model, we focus on gradual improvements that fit into your real life. The goal is not perfection, it’s building habits that support long-term health and performance.
