How do you know if your fitness routine is helping or hurting your game? The only way to be sure is through a golf-fitness evaluation. Our online training package includes 1 in-person meeting (golf fitness evaluation) and an online 18-session training program created specific to your goals and to address any physical weaknesses negatively effecting your swing. The training program can be accessed through the mytpi.com website and includes pictures/videos of each exercise which can be accessed from any smart device.
Each training program is created based upon your golf fitness evaluation results. Depending upon your evaluation training may include:
- Rotational Power/Club Head Speed
- Core Strength
- Lowerbody Strength
Particular attention will be paid to your weakest attributes. Each session will include mobility/stretching, core training, balance, strength and power exercises.
