The mission of our yoga program is to provide a new home, a place of comfort, confidence, and community; to encourage, inspire and give you the tools to become the very best version of yourself.
Our Yoga Program is led by Jessica Harris RYT . Jessica approaches yoga instruction with the mindset that each client is having an individual experience. Each client may have preconceived ideas of how yoga should look and feel. However, her approach, and primary goal is to practice being present and honor the body’s capabilities at each moment. By focusing on how the body feels in each pose, the client practices at his or her own comfort level. Jessica always teach yoga breathing, foundational poses and variations, and incorporates the use of props for specific body needs. Once these foundational skills are mastered and the client learns to focus on his or her body’s needs, the physical results of flexibility and improved strength are achieved.

This class introduces a variety of traditional poses while calming the mind and stretching the body. Appropriate for those who want a softer, nurturing, slow-paced, well-supported and relaxing practice. This class has a maximum of 12 participants and is held on Saturdays from 9:00-10:00am. This class follows the yoga class price structure. Your first class is always free!
Strength and Yoga
This semi-private (up to 4 people) training session combines strength and mindful movement. Get your heart pumping with a full body workout that combines strength exercises with controlled yoga poses. Then wind down to a restorative yoga designed to calm the mind and stretch the body. This follows the semi-private training price structure and your first session is always free!
Jessica Harris: Yoga Instructor and Movement Coach
Jessica began teaching Vinyasa Yoga in 2016. She is passionate about teaching people how to calm the mind through focused breathing and movement. Looking to add more skills to her practice, she recently became a certified Personal Trainer through ACE. Jessica brings a life-long passion for fitness and believes that exercise should be fun. She is passionate about helping people meet their fitness goals, and developing mind-body awareness. She is excited to work with a wide range of clients.
