Golf Fitness Academy Evaluation and 2 Training Sessions

Description

This 2 session package includes a Golf Fitness Academy Evaluation (Titleist Performance Institute Evaluation, FMS Screen, strength, and power testing) and 2 training sessions. This package is designed for those who plan to train independently after a few session of exercise instruction. Clients will be provided with videos of their corrective exercises along with a PDF outline sets, reps, frequency, etc.
