How To Perform Kettlebell Cleans Without Destroying Your Forearms

Are you tired of performing Kettlebell Cleans and destroying your forearms? Maybe you even avoid the exercise because of the pain when you perform a poor quality clean. 

While Kettlebell Cleans are tricky (to perform well), they’re a great exercise to provide a transition from one kettlebell exercise to another. It’s critical in kettlebell flows and provides the opportunity to link exercises together (clean and squat or clean and press).

Key Points:

– Don’t disconnect the elbow from the torso (first video)
– Punch into the kettlebell in the catch (second video)
– Turn the thumb down at the bottom of the hinge (second video)
