Join Coach Kenny Dee of Align Fitness for a one time Introduction To Kettlebell Training on Wednesday, March 6th from 7:30-8:15pm at our Downingtown Studio (101 Manor Avenue, Downingtown PA). Coach Kenny will blend bodyweight exercises with traditional kettlebell exercises including the swing, carry, deadlift, and more.
Kettlebell training is a phenomenal way to simultaneously gain strength, burn a very high number of calories (per minute), and improve your conditioning. You’ll walk away from this session with the ability to blend kettlebell exercises into your existing program.
